Can I take children in the tuk-tuk? Do they need a car seat?

Yes, it’s a perfect plan for families. According to Spanish traffic regulations, all children who are 135 cm or shorter (approximately up to 11–12 years old) must travel in an approved child restraint system. The minimum age for the tour is 2 years old and 9 kg in weight (infants are not permitted).
If you’re traveling with a child between 2 years old and 135 cm tall, please let us know when you book or message us on WhatsApp before the tour so we can arrange the appropriate seat. Without the appropriate child restraint system, we will not be able to take the child on the tour, for safety reasons and in accordance with regulations.

We are sorry, but for security reasons pets are not allowed.

It can be adapted but sizes must be verified.

Yes, they are 100% electric, sustainable and silent.

What languages are the tours offered in?

Spanish and English.

Do the tours run on rainy and/or windy days?

Of course! As long as weather conditions do not pose a risk to your safety or that of the driver-guide. Our tuk-tuks have transparent side layers and blankets to protect them from rain and cold.

What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend you dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather, carry a bottle of water and have a phone or camera to capture special moments.

How will I recognize my tuk-tuk?

Don’t worry, we will find you. We will be waiting for you at the agreed departure point. Otherwise, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +34 623 06 12 90.

Do I need to print a receipt to present on the day of the tour?

It is not necessary. You only need to show the identification document used to make the reservation and Name.

What happens in case of delay?

In case of delays, the duration of the activity will be adjusted according to the time lost, which may imply modifications to the planned route. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the activity will be considered cancelled, with no right to reimbursement.

Can I make any changes to my reservation?

Yes, changes to your reservation can be made through the tour confirmation email, by phone or WhatsApp (+34 623 06 12 90), as long as they are made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.

How to cancel the reservation and request a refund?

We value your flexibility and understand that plans can change.
Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund* (minus web handling fees).
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a 75% refund* (minus web handling fees).
Cancel up to 12 hours in advance for a 50% refund* (minus web handling fees).
Cancellations made within the last 12 hours are non-refundable*.
We offer the option to reschedule your tour according to availability. (5 hours prior notice).
We appreciate your advance notice to adjust our reservations.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be given.
We understand unforeseen situations and evaluate each case individually.
