Reservations with less than 24 Hours
If booking less than 24 hours in advance, please call +34 623 06 12 90 to confirm availability.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is two years old.
How many people can fit in a tuk tuk?
Maximum of four people, adults or children.
How is the price set?
The cost is determined per vehicle, as it is a private tour. Before proceeding with the payment, choose the number of tuk-tuks you wish to reserve:
- For groups of up to four people: 1 tuk tuk.
- Groups of 5 to 8 people: 2 tuk tuks.
- Groups of 9 to 12 people: 3 tuk tuks.
- Groups of 13 to 16 people: 4 tuk tuks.
- Groups of more than 16 people should give one week’s notice.
Always select the number of tuk tuks, not the number of people!
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but for security reasons pets are not allowed.
Do tuk-tuks have a trunk?
It can be adapted but sizes must be verified.
Are tuk tuks electric?
Yes, they are 100% electric, sustainable and silent.
What languages are the tours offered in?
Spanish and English.
Do the tours run on rainy and/or windy days?
Of course! As long as weather conditions do not pose a risk to your safety or that of the driver-guide. Our tuk-tuks have transparent side layers and blankets to protect them from rain and cold.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend you dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather, carry a bottle of water and have a phone or camera to capture special moments.

How will I recognize my tuk-tuk?
Don’t worry, we will find you. We will be waiting for you at the agreed departure point. Otherwise, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +34 623 06 12 90.
Do I need to print a receipt to present on the day of the tour?
It is not necessary. You only need to show the identification document used to make the reservation and Name.
What happens in case of delay?
In case of delays, the duration of the activity will be adjusted according to the time lost, which may imply modifications to the planned route. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the activity will be considered cancelled, with no right to reimbursement.
Can I make any changes to my reservation?
How to cancel the reservation and request a refund?
- We value your flexibility and understand that plans can change.
- Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund*.
- Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a 75% refund*.
- Cancel up to 12 hours in advance for a 50% refund*.
- Cancellations made within the last 12 hours are non-refundable*.
- We offer the option to reschedule your tour according to availability.
- We appreciate your advance notice to adjust our reservations.
- If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be given.
- We understand unforeseen situations and evaluate each case individually.
- Contact us for any questions regarding cancellation.
*Management fees are non-refundable (7% of the total).
What are management fees?
The administrative costs correspond to the amount charged for the management and issuance of tickets, and are NOT included in the original price.
